locked up in a (not castle) room
And yes was locked up at home (except for the trip to yewtee pt for Godiva!!)
for the past 3 days doing nothing but ingesting core mods readings.
Did the chap on childhood disorder today and realise that our ability to
button shirt, feed ourselves, tie laces, bathe, toilet, read, write,
do arithmetic, ride bike, understand lang, pronounce words, communicate,
interpret expression and verbally express wants/needs are so unique
yet we all take them for granted.
Its so amazing how we develop cognitive, social and behavioural skills
so naturally we just dont realise how intricate such development is.
Not every child can gain all these skills and all these disorders:
ADHD, conduct disorder, Enuresis, rett’s disorder, Autism, sep anxiety,
to name a few, are out there in many many children,
some remaining undiagnosed.
Eventually, some outgrown it, or they manage to put the excessive
energy they have into better use to improve the society.
But still many of them have problems uncovered and environmental
factors like parenting and social interactions can exacerbate their
already present genetic diposition towards the disorder.
It still amazes me how every adult grow into who they are not by
random chances, but its a really complicated sytem behind
balancing chemical composition and developing the neurological
part of our brain and ensuring its proper functioning.
Better start appreciating how i can even articulate words and write legibly.
